In-Home Eye Care
For your convenience, Dr. Labaza will come to your residence to perform an eye health examination. This comprehensive eye examination includes testing for all eye related diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, eye infections, and diabetic eye disease. The correct prescription for eyewear is also determined during the examination.
At the time of the appointment, a selection of frame styles will be available should you wish to purchase a new pair of glasses. You will receive assistance in your selection so that your new eyewear will feel comfortable and look attractive. Your family members are welcome to be at your examination.
If you have Medicare insurance, or a Medicare Advantage plan, it will cover the majority of your examination fees as long as your deductible has been met. Should you require new glasses and have vision insurance, we will bill your insurance company for you. Any fees not covered by Medicare or your private insurance company will be your responsibility and are due at the time of service.
